Most riders consider Flying Fish to be a weak, under‑themed kiddie coaster that offers little excitement. The layout is short and repetitive, with rough bank changes and uncomfortable lateral jolts that many describe as boring. While a few guests appreciate its low height, quick queue and appeal to younger children, the overall impression is that it adds little value to Thorpe Park’s lineup. Consequently, the ride is generally viewed as a forgettable filler rather than a highlight.
